QUALITY CONTROL

GÖVDESAN VALVE has created control processes in its own field to control product quality at every stage of production. These processes;

1-Introduction Quality Control

This process includes pre-production raw materials and semi-finished control applications. Raw materials taken to the factory for the purpose of production are passed through the  mechanical and chemical test controls. If the products meet the specified criteria, they are allowed to enter the warehouses. Otherwise the products are returned to the suppliers within the determined procedures.

2-Process control

It is the process related to the verification and registration of the appropriate stages of the process in order to check the quality of the finished product in the production process and to check the quality of finished products before shipment to determine that the product is of the desired quality.

3-Final Control

It is the process which involves the measurements and examinations required by the Quality Control Person during the final inspection of the products which have been completed and finished all operations.
